Avoiding coffee in general might be a good idea. Just sleep it off whenever you are tired
As for your vitamin D, gj ,make sure you take enough IU. Personally I find it easier to give my parents drink one ambule of 25000 IU/ml once every seven days rather than eat pills daily (they don't have rona but want to have their immune boosted)
Where I am from, especially for people over 40 ,hypodermic heparin shots are prescribed. But ask your doctor about it obviously, depending on your coagulation status. Not sure if one could just take an aspirin once in a while as an alternative could work
Antibiotics to prevent other infections of the respiratory are also commonly prescribed, depending on symptoms and age group
