What do you guys think about the biological effects on gender role behavior? Seems like a very not well studied thing. The main way I have been researching about it is through studies about the causes of gender dysphoria which basically in proxy is talking about gender role behavior and what influences it and its important to humans. Seems like most studies show a very STRONG connection with biological factors in gender dysphoria via twin studies and other experiments (trans people isolate the non social aspects of gender role behavior because they are raised as the opposite gender and go against these social pressures). Trans people seem to be counter to the narrative "lol gender just made up thing oppressing us" as they have high suicide rates because of their inability to participate in the gender role behavior they want to express and be treated as the gender. if it was just a made up thing trans people wouldn't have the extremely high suicide rates. Seems like the movement to remove these gender role behavior and treat all people the same will be a detriment to humans as it will basically make everyone have similar problem as trans people. what do you guys think?
