You could read theory of games and economic behavior. Typical game theory course starts with prisoners' game, stag hunt, then cournot and bertrand competition, dollar division, miscellaneous probability games and sequential move games

My philosophical games theory class used Games of Strategy by Dixit et al. Despite the class, the book has some fairly rigorous uses of GT. Our professor specializes in evolutionary games, and this book covers that as well.
