[PIC related] I am looking for a statistical algorithm that is able table to take time series data and look for when the mean of the rate of change is shifted. In the picture i provided we can observe 3 distinct periods with different means and distributions for their rate of change. Was thinking of using a GMM problem is that its not time dependend. Any suggestions for statistical algorithms / tools that can detect these distributions?
