Hello, can anyone give me their way of conceptualizing what exactly a black hole is and how it interacts with space time? Like if I were to use the “balls on a sheet” visualization of space time, is a black hole making an infinitely deep depression in the sheet?

its a star. ((yes period) it is just a star but massive) that got so huge that it stopped sending out light that its own gravity gets to keep making its very own light that any other stars would have emit but it traps it all back down onto the star as if it has a layer of atmosphere that consist of only light at its core but deeper in a tiny point is the massiveness of a gargantuan star, as it attracts more normal stars into its gravity is my guess however that is never seen since its trapped and gravitational smashing down inward into some rather extreme gravity. my guessing theory. i have issues thinking too much medically.
