Recently had what I believe to be a psychotic break at a tipping point in my life, tried to turn my arms to Swiss cheese with a pencil and felt and saw ants crawling all over my body U screamed for hours and now I see floating orbs in my peripheral vision sometimes, I think im literally going insane please help
