Is there any order in which to view his material? If I just keep jumping from video to video without any guidance it seems like semi-connected rambling to me but not the great thinker most of your view him as.

Because the gist is that you can encode angles/sines/cosines using anything that resembles a ratio.

It's a giant red pill which you should chew on thoroughly untill deciding that de/encoding to/from in daily life is too much fucking trouble.
