The only good argument against quantum immortality I’ve heard is that if you’re destined to live literally forever, it’s extremely unlikely that you’d be in your double digits right now.

Then again, every billion year old person had to be 20 at some point.

Please come up with some arguments against quantum immortality in order to calm me down. Quantum immortality terrorizes me to no end.

The likelihood that you are in the universe where your life continues without end is so vanishingly small as to be impossible. If you were in it there would need to be a lot of effort on your part not to die.

Our physical existence is a microcosm of those suffering stories.
