How do I grab one of my family's members recessive genes, isolate them and make a clone only from said recessive genes without anything else polluting it?

Also sperm banks have proven to be utterly shit compared to artificial wombs. It was to be expected that if you freeze a sperm that it will no longer work properly.
Is making clones in a glass container still a thing?

While I'm alive can I use CRISPR and a collection of my family's DNA to change my own DNA? I was wondering why the government never bothers keeping a large sample of each and every one of their family members. You'd think if you ever came across rare DNA which turns water into alcohol and other mutations/super DNA that you'd want their abilities. You'd want to clone Einstein's brain as well.

I know there's bio-tech for super soldiers, but that's solely for the military, never for upgrading our scientists and society.
