I recently got thought of existance of entirely made up scientific studies. Is it possible to create absolutely non-existent study with conclusion what favours whatever agenda?

It's not that extreme, but the amount of bullshit you have to face during a review process causes some people to just say fuck it and sacrifice their academic integrity by changing the results so they can fit what a journal considers "publishable". This kind of behavior is favored: the more you publish, the more pathos you have, therefore doing this benefits you more than not doing it. Of course some fields are much more resilient to this than other. Math has so much rigor to it, that it's practically impossible to "cook up" an article without anyone noticing it. On the other hand, humanities is so loose on what to consider "significant results" and "methodology" that the entire field suffers from major reproducibility issues. Natural sciences falls somewhere in between these two. Physics is close to math and "softer sciences" are closer to humanities, e.g. non-chemical biology is almost humanities-tier.

You can make it in a way that you write conclusons and it'll generate study.

It's damn near impossible to get something published which contradicts something a reviewer published. Getting published is all about following fashions within scientific knowledge. It's kind of sad really.
