A simulation doesn't even need to be global or all encompassing.

The same way your car simulates your ass from point A to B

You could generate a field lets say around and have gravitional grid waves or something.just simulate everything.

Lets say Actor A and B both share Universe X
Over time its totally possible for Actor A to entrap Actor B and simulate his reality for him even though hes firmly embedded in Universe X,

No, basically what im saying is that every device capable of BROADCASTING theoretically has "SIMULATION" capability.

I.e a rogue actor could use the FM radio stations to alter groups of people dynamics unconsciously. There causal chain is being artificially modified aka simulated.

Simulation means more then just starting up Virtualbox on windows 10
