It's more complicated than that, and it's already been done. Vaccines have had nanotech in them for a long time.

You still need the know-how and equipment to prepare the sample though. It has to be sputter with gold nanoparticles or encased in a resin.

I'm not saying it cannot be done, but it would require some level of funding and the ability to get access to the vaccines.
