Can we talk about how remarkable these stats are? I honestly have trouble believing them myself. There are countries in Africa where the average person is literally two full standard deviations below the mean IQ. Sub 70 IQ. These are people who are unfit for jobs that are more complicated than routine physical labor. People who in a first world country would have been housed in an institution or monitored by a professional for their own safety and the safety of everyone else. Not long ago, psychologists would have formally classified these people as morons.

Remember the tards you went to high school with? The ones who had to take their own special classes and be followed around by a supervisor all day? Imagine someone who makes them look quick-witted by comparison. Now imagine an entire nation of people like this. No, an entire continent of nations. I can't even fathom such a large homogenous population of mentally defective individuals. How does science explain such a radical difference of intelligence between populations that's almost characterized by geographic location?
