I'm planning to do something like that myself next year. The companies I have contacts in don't know shit about what quantum computing means and how it affects their businesses in the near and distant future, especially in conjunction with data science/"AI" and "cyber"security. If you can manage to get a good chunk of math and CS PhDs who know their stuff and some experts with domain knowledge, you could form a great team that can offer companies a business strategy analysis regarding future investments and technologies to introduce.
In the worst case, you'll tell them it doesn't matter for their business and you saved them money. In the best case, it makes sense for them to invest and you'll get a share of the generated revenue for a few years. Something like that.
