Untill about 60-70% of the population are vacconated, wich will take some time as the vaccine needs to be produced in sufficient quantities to do so and distributed.
The latter part is more complicated than normal as it requires -70°C refrigeration the whole time.
It will probably take most of 2021 untill things start to normalize again.
