So the 100% environment explanation for Race - IQ difference has a similar level of support among scientists as global warming denialism. The two topics are pretty similar: lots of disagreement and debate among the non scientific community, frequently on political lines, yet among the scientific community there isn’t any real debate. The race IQ genetics deniers and the global warming deniers are both wrong.

A higher education correlates with a higher income.

Now let us look at single parent family rates BY ETHNIC BACKGROUND and see if this - given the above facts - suggests anything about those groups.

Of course children are the result of nature (genetics) and nurture (environment) and as the parent (or parents) is a huge factor in both normally, it is hard to differentiate between the two.

I believe IQ tests sometimes have different answers when presented by test giver. Sometimes they forget stereo isometry.

Mostly they force you to count non optimal algorythm.

There are things with help with IQ tests, and one of them is intelligence saturation of enviroment you're actually in.

Like if you count totally different things from head really fast, you may be slow on one entry of randomized recombinant of all possible logical function, and structures like that doesn't have to occur in nature on a different place than IQ test,

No, because it isn't science. Who are these so-called experts? What are they an expert in? Genetics? Environmentalism? Sociology? Heredity? Underwater basket weaving?
