>>12440914I'll start by saying that no I don't have research you back this up and I'm user spouting my opinion. But I believe the current trend of transgenderism is very much manufactured. For many many doctors in the western world, three immediate go to treatment for any sort of gender identity issues is HRT gender reinforcement therapy (of the opposite gender) and in many cases minor or major surgery. Yet I have not seen any doctors who offer the opposite, same sex hormone treatments and same sex gender reinforcement therapy. And I would love to be proven wrong if anybody has any links regarding first world doctors who prescribe such treatments.
Now in all cases this may not be the fault of the doctor's themselves. I am not one of those who worships doctors as magical beings. They are trained professionals and it's easy for them to be trained using inaccurate information which they will eventually come to take as correct as it is preached by someone they consider an authority.
However there is a deliberate human source somewhere in the chain that is creating said training materiels and pushing them. This can't be denied, simply because there's absolutely no way this could have come about naturally considering how mankind has historically been repulsed by transgenderism outside of a few cultures.
