If you want to do math instead of philosophy, you need to specify which logic is being used (unless you assume first-order logic by default which).
If you don't like the accepted rules of first-order logic that's fine. Some people don't like the accepted rule of the law of excluded middle, so they use intuitionistic logic. But you can't just tell me not to use first-order logic without telling me what other logic to use.
