To reason that you're a Boltzmann brain is to say that the reasoning that lead you to that conclusion is arbitrary and meaningless. This is why theories that predict Boltzmann brains to outnumber evolved ones are generally taken less seriously.
Though I'm not sure how it's predicted that they outnumber evolved ones and whether they take into account that:
1) a Boltzmann brain is just one instant. How many instants is in an 80 year lifespan?
2) what if galaxy spanning civilizations converge on turning everything into megacomputers and running simulated minds? How many minds/instants is that?
3) Does consciousness require a certain level of continuity though time? If so, that would make them much less likely as it would require a series of consistent instants.
