which one has the highest demand and pays better?

i enjoy biochemistry and i've always been interested in working in labs and researching new materials. if i do go into biochemistry i will definitely work on getting a Masters.

engineering doesn't seem that bad i could definitely see myself doing it, and working as an engineer seems more realistic to me.

i just don't know which one is the best option. in terms of interests, biochemistry is the most interesting to me but maybe not a realistic job. engineering seems more realistic because it will be easier for me to find a job in that path.

i think the median pay are both similar?
