I thought about freefalling from space lately. Let's say I have space suit with jet thrusters and parachute, balloon that can go as high as 50km and a rocket with a ''proper'' seating installed one the outer side of it. I attach rocket to balloon, put the suit and mount the rocket. After reaching proper height, I launch the rocket which will stop somewhere around 80km/100km+. I detach myself and use jet thrusters to move myself towards the earth as fast as possible, gravity will do the rest when I will get close enough. Open parachute when close enough.

Could this work? And yes, I know about the guy who killed himself after he launched himself from the rocket but lets assume I wouldn't drop off.
