At some point yes but with weed being legalized pretty much everywhere and with how cheap and easy it is to consume: even if there is a "better" treatment, it probably won't be better in terms of ease of access for a bit

Having experienced the cure for supposedly chronic RSI and back pain firsthand and seen how widely ignored it is despite being unbelievably effective, nothing major will be done. You will have to check out the cure yourself while the rest of the world keeps on treating superficial symptoms.

I should add that although Sarno found the cure for a big chunk of chronic pain conditions, I don't remember him mentioning brain inflammation, so your mileage may vary.
