If we send 100 people to Mars, people that are guaranteed to be healthy, have been quarantined for several weeks before stepping in to the space ship.

Will anyone ever get a cold on the new Martian colony?

I'm not a biologist but I cant see how viruses will spring out of nothing. There are no animals, just a small set of humans that are healthy.
