Has /sci/ ever used one of these? The only science I can find on it is curing ed after prostate surgery, but no "empirical evidence" exists for permanent gains. I have read anecdotal evidence on quora that with careful long-term use (think years) it's possible to see permanent gains, some in length, but mostly girth.
