hey dumb question. but I had a hypothesis and maybe someone can elucidate me.
i am aware there are flat-earth esque youtubers that talk about the benefits of sungazing. now I don't gaze at the sun directly, but I definitely feel weirdly better when I'm facing the sun.
now to vitamin D. how is it possible to get enough vitamin D when most people's skin is covered 90% by clothes. is it possible that the eyes absorb more vitamin D from the sun than the skin? and so gazing at the sun might be beneficial for that reason.
anyways, can someone that knows this shit tell me why i'm right or wrong.
