Jogging = subtle brain damage?

So we all know jogging is bad for your joints, we recently found out marathons are bad for your heart, so I'm just going to call it early, rather than wait for a study 100 years from now. Jogging probably causes minor brain damage, in the same way as head-banging at rock concerts, every step take pounds against the cement and sends a vibration up your noggin' likely dislocating and tearing the fabric of your brain in subtle ways. Of course exercise in general usually makes you smarter, but you can always ride a bike or swim.

So in summary, ride a bike. Soccer might still be okay because the grass is very soft, but pavement jogging isn't good for you, maybe a forest trail is alright to jog in.
