literally above, on wow signal and block of hex

if u look at wow signal, circled in red is "6UEQUJ5" next to it are two numbers (6 and 7 iirc) perhaps substitute those in. perhaps substituting them in based on colour (e.g. let U=7 based on shared colour because both circled with red pen)

from this, i infer that it is an illussion to the eponymous wow! signal found by SETI some decades ago iirc. see image related "download(1).jpg" above. google search cryptii and just monkey around with the hex to get something that can be decrypted with a key (likely the alphanumetic styrng from wow signal

Also I just noticed that the hex in the OP is aligned in 6 rows horizontally and vertically, they supposed key begins with a 6 and is six characters in length, and the number 6 is on of the circled numbers off to the side. I doubt it has any relevance but I cant help to notice that the number 6 makes a lot of appearances in tthis challenge in particular.

The cipher text was the obvious part.
People have to remember that nothing is a mistake on these sorts of puzzles (Or shouldn't be).
I have a feeling we need to do some image manipulation and some steg to find the next challenge.

Are you >>12424911? Anyways, the file size is 125 KB. For an image of it's size, even if there was some additional stuff embedded in the image, I doubt there's much more than a tease.
