Are there any converters to boost .1 or .3v to 1v? A trickle boost converter? Assuming I have the amperage. If not, any recommendations on what to read up on?

My experiment consists of trying to power a 1v led using seebeck effect. I have tec peltier, not teg so I am only generating up to .3v at 40 amps. (I might be reading my multimeter wrong)
