Store them in isolated slums and soon jealousy, insecurity and envy will naturally breed and grow between each another. The most vulnerable will spend their life always worrying about what people think of them. The strong will always face judgment and envy. Like what they do in America. They even give them a presidential election day,where they can rally together. Funny thing is only 2 parties dominate. It's creating more division, like a zero sum game. It's a troll. Look at how their year was spent. Riots and violence over the death of a murderer.
Why does this happen? Because we're no different than animals. We are selfish. Self preservation is an instinct programmed by evolution to fight off a threat. It's why we grief.
So you don't kill them. You enslave them. Whether they know it or not.
