Can any anon help here? Do I reverse the orientation by taking the negative and then use Greens theorem on this bad boy? The boundaries are stumping me a bit. Any help would be appreciated

from here on, I think it should be clear. But the weird thing is those $\vec{i}, \vec{j}[\math] I assume these can be seen like operating on <script type="math/tex">\mathbb{R}^2[\math] by projection onto each axis?$
