Yes. We should just completely wipe the state of washington, gather up all the most intelligent people in the world and just fence them in. Nature will take its course and hopefully we'll be able to repopulate the rest of America from that.

Thats only becauae families reproduce by mixing. The genes are carried by populations, not families. But you can raise the population average and the mean will be higher.

Intelligence is not the only important trait in a human. Hence more research must be done before commiting to some extreme form of eugenics that would damage the genetic pool.
I for one would prefer to be happier and healthier than smart.
