What do you mean? Just whatever people are interested in, most just choose more of engineering/cs/math classes but with a focus on what they're interested in, cyber security, discrete math, AI, etc. A fairly large amount also choose economics, game theory and finance classes, a small minority choose some specific things they are particularly interested in completely unrelated like literature or something.

Unless these text books are far different (i mean, they were made specially for you university curriculum, covering more topics) from the others you can just google for a random book pdf or search for some videos that there will be no difference

Eh, I'd be wary of a college that has calculus in the comp sci curriculum. It could be that the college is big on numerical analysis, but often it means that it's padding the curriculum with irrelevant garbage because of a dearth of comp sci content.

Discrete math classes are fine and typical.
