There are a ton of different ways proposed to deal with this ranging from coffee enemas to juice (or water) fasting, to vitamin C flushes. Look into it, you'll get the gist of it. If you simply kill the candida whatever caused it to overgrow to begin with is probably not going to sort itself out, and the situation will just repeat. If they're allowed to spill their contents everywhere you'll absorb it and become sick (people call this die off symptoms), s if you go that route fast, keep glutathione levels high, take chlorella or MSM, activated charcoal, etc.
