By means of an IQ tests and the overall dysfunction you display.
Are IQ tests a valid way of measuring intelligence?
I doubt it but IQists currently rule 4chan and I'm not willing to argue against their falsely-understood statistics.
It's bothersome how people conflate genuine intellectual disability (e.g. problems with memory or simply being slow in processing things) with motoric disability, slurred speech, disfigurements etc., simply because it is so convenient to claim that a person markedly different to you, suffering form some obvious neurological dysfunction, isn't a person to begin with.
