I study CS on a internationally known elite university but i feel like they teach me nothing that i couldn't just have taught myself with some books and the internet.
I feel like the only thing i gain from this is "hey did you know thing x exists"
The stuff we do is also a lot harder than on most other universities yet i fell like i am barely gaining anything from that increased difficulty, it basically just feels like taking an IQ test over and over again and that the university tries to flex on the other universities.
We learn skills that are so specific you most likely never ever will need them in the real world again, unless you do x but if you do x you could have just taught that thing to yourself like i said in the beginning
