What is homogeneity in linear algebra? Does it only describe a solution, or does it describe a coefficient matrix, or can it only be used to describe an augmented matrix, i.e., a system of linear equations?

homogenity is the property of an equation being homogenous. consider the equation Ax = b
it's called homogenous if b = 0
it's called non-homogenous if b isn't 0

that's all there is to it
