So Im doing a diy, and for my project, i need to fill out the Purple area, using the three blue squares that i have that are available. in terms of Area, the three blue squares make 3m^2, and the purple area makes up (2*0.6)*2.4 =2.88m^2 so it fits, the problem is, filling in the the purple area with the blue squares, as far as i can find out is very awkward because of the incongruous dimensions of the blue and purple area ect.
When i do the thing in person, cutting is a bit of effort so keeping the amounts of cutting to a minimum will be helpful. also having really small squares will hinder the utility of the thing i'm making.
what is the best way to cut the blue squares to fit the purple area /sci/?
Pic related obv, and is not to scale because i suck at drawing
