Are we reaching the limit of human understanding?

I know there are many reddit-tier science fans, but there may also be some smarter people here. I've been posting from time to time here about the struggle within the most advanced physics. Most cucks laugh about it, but they don't realize there is a plethora of papers arguing that we have an issue. This issue is the ever growing theoretical framework which is way beyond any available experiments to confirm it, while it's so flexible, you can fit the known results and introduce a hundred more, unconfirmed results. In fact, ever since the introduction of QFT we cared more about the math than the empirical side of the theories. Those theories spawned cancerous ideas which are kept alive mostly due to cowardice of scientists who are afraid to go against the academia. And, oh boy, the academia is a disaster. If you were at the University long enough, you would know by heart that I speak the truth.
Look at this paper, one of many:

and answer this
> are we blindly walking through the forest of math hoping to find a peace of reality?
