Apparently it's hard for many people to focus on things, learn, or complete tasks/projects.

Why can't you just fucking sit down and do it?

What is brain fog and why does everyone have it?

I can sit down, open a book, and learn stuff. Apparently others have hard time with simple stuff like this. It's in the fucking book, just read it and digest it. Why can't you just learn things?

My mind is very clear and I always thought that was normal... How can I avoid becoming brain dead/fog like so many other people?
