i don't know about khan or college math. what i can say is if you're good at math, you can do it in your head. period. my problem was common core. math was always fun if i could just do it. if i had to be harassed at every step by some retarded cunt who thought i should "show my work", my brain was externally handicapped. it also doesn't help anything to repeat pages of one-step exercises that don't teach anything or to be taught that interchangeable symbolism was the same thing as these concepts my teachers didn't even understand
