Sertraline has more affinity for the dopamine transporter as bupropion and similar affinity as methylphenidate, its active metabolite desmethylsertraline is an SNDRI.
Is sertraline's dopaminergic activity counteracted by it's strong effects on serotonin? and is there a way to convert it to desmethylsertraline if I want to use it as a stimulant instead?
