How can I get in CS research that is heavy on maths if I am in a third world shithole (Philippines)? The most that I see people do here are some crappy/trivial applications.

Yeah, if you only have an undergrad is gonna be hard to get into a country like the US. My plan is to move into the US after getting a Master's, that way I avoid having to work on webdev. I'm not a migration laws experts, but I believe that in the US system a master's is basically equivalent to 5 years of work experience, so you can apply to the corresponding Visa programs, and maybe continue your education once you get in there.

Her work? A few notes we know little about? If you weren't just a larper you'd know she is insignificant in the history of computer science. Especially since she died before George Boole gained any significant traction.
Boole, Gödel or Zuse are all far stronger examples.
