Ending aging is feasible, in fact I'm writing a PhD proposal that will work towards that goal.
But if we were able to get a human level AI, then a couple of years later it would become super human, and would be able to do all the work I want to do on ending aging.
After that is reversing aging, which is relatively more difficult. Since ending aging is preventing the accumulation of damage. Whereas reversing damage is repairing any damage that already exists. Preventing aging does not repair existing damage.
I await all the people who don't know anything about the subject telling me I'm wrong :)
