I always have this imaginative thought that psychiatrists could give some deep very clever insights into what is going on. But nope. Just fucking blank face, nod nod nod, the usual questions, hurt youself? Hurt others? Hear voices? the usual checkboxes to protect society and prevent suicide. It's as far as that goes. Any questions to them results in " hmmm yes, well dopamine can trigger paranoia, hmmm yes yes yes."
I do sound like a little teenage cunt saying that, but in short that is the theme of all my visits.
However before sounding like a retard, I will say this, I'm lucky in the UK to have the NHS because at the very least, there is someone to be there to professionally listen to you. If you can ever get an appointment... Because the NHS is absolutely in undated with health tourists from pakistan and it is amok with immigrants.
I honestly feel like for the 6 years I've been a stinking hot mess, mentally and physically, I've not given myself enough serious time and dedication to scrub away this tough stain on my brain. Because it requires genuine effort on the person's behalf.
Sadly our environments are all toxic. Pollutions of all types, light, sound, electric, air quality (roads). In terms of peace, we get none in the urban world and parts of the sub-urban.
If you have access to no light pollution, real darkness and no outside noise from people you are lucky.
