Reading does not give you an inmediate reward as you can get with porn/vidya/games
So if you overstimulate with inmediate rewards, you'll have a hard time trying to read something

Just bruteforce reading/studying and avoid porn, youtube, 4chan, vidya and stuff related
It will be hard in the beginning but you'll get used to it and improve your focus the more you do it
You could add doing cardio, because it improves your learning and focus capability by raising BDNF
Also avoid sucrose and liquid fructose, that types of sugar gives you an inmediate reward and mood swings when it crash, making you feel tired and sad, and maybe brainfog
