>>12389718and ultimately, we can't forget that the point of the big towers is COOLING. our responsibility with producing electricity is to not irresponsibly heat the enviroment. does ambient oceanic cooling provide a better heat sink than the atmosphere? (i'm sure this one's a really easy answer i just can't be bothered to look it up)
