It does not really matter.

IQ tests were made to pick out the retards in general classrooms of average kids. It would be like if we had some kind of physical fitness test with how many pushups you can do and shit like that in it. You would expect athletes to do better than average people but the test would probably not pick out super athletes like michal jordon vs other basketball players because it was not meant to.

to really test someone like fineman you would have to do shit like ask him theoretical questions about physics and see how good his ideas and shit are. (this is actually what they do at very elite universitys, in person, with applicants)
