Which would be the best digital notepad to take notes? I’m tired of collecting paper notebooks and some of them I don’t even read anymore. I take notes and go back to them once or twice and that’s it. But I have drawers full of old notebooks and I know that I might want to go back to them at some point so I think a digital one would be much more convenient. Thoughts?

If you dont go back to a visible pile of notes, you wont go back to literal numbers scrolling on a tiny screen.

The problem is probably the way you take notes. If you feel the need to take as many to fill drawers with them which you intend to review, you aren't doing shit. Keep it concise, and only relevant stuff that you need to check periodically as part of your job.

People also take notes during the learning process to focus more on the stuff and visually organize ideas, these notes are not intended for reviewing and paper is the best medium to work them on. Much quicker and intuitive than wading through a thousand menus to delete some shit. If you feel comfortable with it, you could get a laptop with a biggish screen and 1080 resolution and a cheap used wacom. It will save you paper but how much better at learning it is will be a matter of personal taste.

As for reviewing, Either learn to take notes on paper or use Anki.

That's pretty much the only reason I take notes. I don't intend to go back on most of them, but there's some that I really like to go back to. That's why I was thinking some digital notepad would come handy. Another thing is, I don't want to use up a whole notebook on stuff I'll write only a little bit about and then I have to use up the rest of the notebook on other topics and subjects and I really dislike that.

Tablet: Huion Inspiroy is very good and inexpensive as a tablet. Use this together with the Windows 10 free inkodo app which is absolutely BUILT with functionality and easy-to-use user interface. I think you can pay 5 bucks more to do exports to SVG and inkscape just to support the developer.

If you want your notes to be saved online so you can access them anywhere, Microsoft One Note is the obvious option. Don't forget that you may also keep ink notes in microsoft word, however the file size goes up dramatically and after a lot of note taking it WILL crash.

Huion inspiroy 13'' has the best functionality and it's pen is really nice. I use it sometimes when I do presentations in math

Personally I use a Surface, but really any 2-in-1 laptop with pen support is fine (hell, you could get away with a tablet). You can also annotate pdf lecture notes with one of these, so you avoid having to print them out.

I want one that has a REALLY sensitive pen. Since I have to draw pretty specific figures sometimes.

How sensitive? The pen on a Galaxy Note was sensitive enough for me to draw this and it was the old shitty pen. The one on the Tab S7+ is supposed to be better and is $250 cheaper than the iPad.
