Why don't we create super smart monkeys? I'm not talking about scifi, viruses or anything, just genetic selection. Take a bunch of apes, let only the smartest ones breed, rinse repeat. Like those ruskies did with wild foxes.
I reckon within 3 generations they'll be smarter than the average Somalian.
