1. Shoot uranium bullets near it.
Angular momentum it picks up from absorbing the bullets spins it into a disk which won't have the core pressure required for fusion. Once enough uranium accumulates it'll fission, blow out the middle of the disk, leaving a gaping hole where the fusion would be and letting the rest of the disk drift off into space.
